Ooohhh.... new job begins tomorrow morning.
Pros:
- Higher salary.
- Huge MNC.
- Less demanding working hours.
- Near my home.
Cons:
- No more team lead position.
- Total lack of fringe benefits.
- Traffic can be horrible at a stretch.
Oh well... we'll see how it goes. Wish me luck!

Hi man, Tokuii is looking for Consultants...the JD looks interesting so is it a cool place to work? I mean r the ppl easy goin n support each other? R the benefits good?
