Perodua Myvi SE Facelift

Guess what I saw at the Perodua Service Center when I went to service my car this afternoon? I think most people would know that Perodua recently released a facelifted Myvi but they have not released a facelifted Myvi SE. Well, here it is. I shot these pictures myself. The following are pictures of some of the pictures of the new Myvi SE posted at the bulletin board at the service center (did that sentence make sense to you?). Not sure if other people have published these though.

Aside from the new Myvi grill they've also restyled both the front and back bumpers. Personally I love the new look and is that smoked lamps I see?

Similar to the first picture but here you can clearly see that the rims are the same as the old Myvi SE. The rear lamps are now the clear styled types. Also you can see the badge clearly stating that this is a Myvi SE.

Red stitching on the seats are very nice. Not too crazy about the redesigned meters though. I very much prefer the old Myvi SE meters.

Red stitching also extends to the steering wheel and the gear knob. I think I see metal pedals, can you spot them? Does anyone else think the 2-din radio looks absolutely horrendous? On the other hand this is probably good news for ICE heads because the previous Myvi's had an integrated radio which made replacing the head unit extremely difficult.

a golden opinion from Wye Jon: pandankia: It was taken using my camera phone. I dunno about you but my camera phone is lousy. However they're not too overexposed. You can still clearly see the details.

I do in fact know that the old integrated radio can be replaced but you either have to cut a whole into the console's plastic cover or get another cover to replace it... not exactly an easy or straight forward thing to do don't you agree?
