Most of the people there were clamoring to get a glimpse of the stars of the Initial D live action movie. I snapped this picture using 3x zoom.

Proton's R3 division ( R3 stands for Race, Rally, Research ) organised the drifting event. They also brought along some Proton cars to display. Oddly enough while R3 did participate in the drift challenge they did not do so with any Proton cars. Why is that?

why didn't r3 drift with their own protons?
reason because, drifting are meant to be driven with rear-wheel-drive vehicles.
all protons are front wheel driven. except the juara. want to see a juara make fun of tengku djan? don't think daddy would be impressed.
u can'd drift with front wheel. u can ass-drag it using the hand brake but not drifting. period.
didn't go to the carnival but went to see the movie earlier today.
it's crap. utter crap. it's NOT initial D.

cool... thanks for the drifting explanation... I forgot to mention that the MC that day was also saying things like "Savvy pun boleh buat" during the drift challenge.

your place far better than mine. we have a car exibition as well but its all freak cars. Beauty on th eoutside but inside really sux. I forgot to take some photos of it ...if not i would be able to show u some. I wish im in kl now
