Google AdSense... banned for good

Here's a follow up from Google to my email from yesterday's post:

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

As previously explained, it is against our program policies for website publishers to click on the ads on their own web pages, or to encourage others to do so. In addition, the use of automated techniques to generate clicks, such as robots or scripts, is prohibited.

Please note that we have certain policies in place that we believe will help ensure the effectiveness of Google ads for our publishers as well as our advertisers. Google monitors clicks on Google ads to prevent any abuse of the AdSense program. Google's proprietary technology analyzes all ad clicks for any invalid click activity that is intended to artificially
drive up an advertiser's clicks or a publisher's earnings.

We have thoroughly re-reviewed your account data upon receipt of your response and have reconfirmed that invalid clicks were generated on the ads on your site. According to our policy on this matter, we have disabled your account in order to protect our advertisers.

As such, we are unable to reinstate you into the program.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team

So many words wasted. Google being the creator of the simplest search engine interface in the world could learn to say lesser words. Here's what I think they should have just wrote to me:

Hello,

You're wrong... end of story.

Bye.

There... much more effective. Simple and direct to the point. Mr. Leonard would be proud. I'm not going to write a reply. Seems pointless so I'll just rant off a little here instead.

Thank you Google for still not explaining what went wrong in the first place. You truly are a beacon of transparency and accountability in this new world as is our Malaysian government. Since I'm no longer have an AdSense account may I apply to become a crony instead?

Thank you Google for totally ignoring the query about money owed to me. Since I've been booted off the program there's nothing preventing me from revealing my earnings. Last I checked I had about USD27 in my AdSense account. What's going to happen to the amount? Who's going to use that money to wipe their asses now (I had hoped to use my first AdSense cheque to clean my posterior)? Larry or Sergey or both together?

Oh and by the way I'm pretty sure I've figured out how to sabotage other people's AdSense accounts. With enough time I'm pretty sure I can even cause a high profile web site's AdSense account to be disabled (note: I'm DEFINITELY NOT going to try doing that but I'm sure I can though).

Oh well... life goes on. If you're a blogger depending on AdSense to make money (which thankfully I'm not because I have a real job to attend to) I hope you don't make any enemies online cause a Google AdSense account is an easy thing to sabotage.

Hey ... it's only USD27. I got USD203 when they suspended my account. So it pays not to click on your own ads :)

You're just assuming that I cheated. Even Google did not say I cheated. Do you know something I do not?

If you search Yahoo for "invalid clicks adsense" you will find over 31,000 results. There are hundreds of stories similar to yours with exactly the same replies (word for word) from Google. The letters are sent automatically by a computer. Nobody reads your mail. Whatever program they have to detect invalid clicks is defective, but they have nothing better to rely on.

Search the web for "contextual advertisers" to find alternatives to Google.

Good Luck!

I hear some other Malaysian bloggers were banned as well. I'm gonna lay off ads till Yahoo comes in. It's not like I've earned any money from it yet :)

Hahaha, I am one of the merry blogger who must have made tonnes of enemies who have no life but to click on my ads. I got mine disabled and I have USD250 in there which Google is suppose to pay me this month. Anyway, I will wait for their reply and bomb later. My blog at chanlilian.net. It is not the money that I am bothered 'cos what I don't have in my hands aren't mine. But it is the policy of these high handed manner of telling you to fly kite. And they got the nerve to say :
The earnings on your account will be properly returned to the affected
advertisers.
Yeah, so generous, I am so touched!

Google's adsense program is heading for extinction because a lot of advetisers and webmasters are angry with them. Google can't be trusted, they have a huge lawsuit against them now by book authors because of Google's print search is guilty of publishing copyrighted material. I bet none of the big companies that have Adsense have ever banned. I too have been falsely accused of invalid clicks. It's obviuos that Google is only attacking the small people and pocketing the money that they owe us.

I just got banned from Google AdSense. I started getting a lot of visits from a robot from datashaping.com just before I was banned. I think Google outsources click tracking and verification to these guys.

I guess google should just ignore fraudulent clicks. If they know that it is an invalid click, then just ignore it. Or maybe, have a global average clicks per user visit. If a certain visitor clicks too many ads, then those clicks exceeding the average value for the whole world will be called invalid.

Adsense is very prone to sabotage. What if people will just click continuously on those ads, sooner or later, their accounts will be banned. They should just have cancel clicks like chitika.com (chitika says that fraudulent clicks will not be counted).

I guess, when Google finds that Yahoo gets most of the advertisers because yahoo do not disable accounts but just cancel invalid clicks and therefore have more publishers, google will change its policies to adapt for the competition with yahoo. hehe.

Hahaha...google is hunting down all the malaysian publishers i think. My thought is i am afraid why google doing this because google afraid when malaysian start to know how to make money like this...they afraid we there are more and more of us going to earn lol.

You know sometimes i am thinking they are the creator and also destroyer. I believe that fact when things belong to someone and not ours.

That is what happen to google...it is belong to the american people. so what ever the american do very few got banned but for us it could be everyone of us next. so beware :D

many people may notice that it is around the 19th of the month that they are booted from google, and yet the pay-day is sent on the 20th. i too have had no end of trouble with google adsence. i waited 2 months for my PIN, where i then re-requested another, 1 more month passed and finally my pin had arrived. i did nto mind so much as it was looking more like a bank with my money growing and growing daily, looking forward to one fat cheque. however, i enter this PIN and it tells me it is invalid, i contact google and they say that as i requested another, then they have changed the PIN and sent out another. 2 months later, my new PIN arrives, woopy!!! i enter this PIN and finally my payments are activated. we then get to the 19th of that same month and i receive the automated email telling me that i had generated faulse klicks and that my account is suspended ?? in no way i had done this, I had not faulsified any click in any manner. but so coincidently they use up as much add space as they could on me, then when time to pay, they then boot me.

i wrote a letter back to them explaining that they have to be mistaken as i followed their TOS word for word. they replied telling me that it is an outsourced company that monitors clicks and that google have no way of knowing what and why the specific reasons are for my suspension. Hell, even they do not know?? what are they up to, and do you really beleive that they gave my $$ back to an advertiser? hmm.

i want to fight back in anyway possible. taking a law suit out on them is just too expensive for me and probably pointless, sending hate mail is not really me, so the only other way i know is to atleast try and hit them where it hurts the most, in the pocket. even if it is peanuts compared to their vast empire atleast i could take some advertisers away, which would in my mind satisfy my anger towards them.

i am making a site, www.myclickgiant.com that works in the same manner as google adsence, but is much cheeper for advertisers and much better for publishers and i plan to promote it as against google. now realistically it would nto effect them but i and a few others would get the small satisfaction that atleast in some small way we would be fighting against them.

I hope you come and check up out when we are finished, should be a few days now and spread the word that we are only doing this to try and get back at google and not for self profit. already we have an ever growing members list, and yet we have not finished the site.

All the best

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I know nothing about www.myclickgiant.com and I am compelled to give you a warning about it. Please be careful about anything you do on the Internet. On the other hand they may be a legitimate operation. I just don't know and thus far I have no way of verifying it's authenticity. Be smart guys...

I am still not banned but afraid it will happen to me: they say they sent me a pin 3 times but i still did not get one, and now no response... By the way: their phone verification did not work neither with me.

Maybe they found a way to earn money the easy way by not paying anyone.

Then i ask myself: why do not do the PIN verification and all other stupid things before they advertise on our sites? (TO GET THE MONEY OF COURSE)

aacrepairbible@gmail.com- There is alot of false and frustratingly ineffective techniques (including reapplying to G-oogle) for reinstatement on Adsense, Adwords and websites that get banned. Please email me for the only real way to get back on Google that won’t frustrate you and cost your business money.
